Sally and I are spending a lot of time digging!  We have made paths with some chippings I purloined a couple of weeks ago - appologies to the guy on the next plot who had them for a couple of days til we could move (we didn't know anyone was on that plot then!)

Got a shed coming tomorrow - needs slabs for the base if anyone knows of any spare.  The shed has come 2 weeks earlier than they promised so had no time to organise slabs! They would have a pretty new home!! Have a…

Another busy morning...

Ned and I spent a couple of hours at the allotments this morning, enjoying the sunshine whilst we battled aaginst the ever multiplying weeds. John H said that I had to remember that each weed is trying to take over the world. It certainly helped to see myself as some sort of super-hero saving the planet (or my plot at any rate) from total take over by groundsel and bind weed.
